CITY OF BECKER – FILING CANDIDACY

NOTICE TO VOTERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Election in the City of Becker, in the County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota will be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2024 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Becker Community Center-11500 Sherburne Avenue.

THAT THE FIRST DAY for filing Affidavits of Candidacy for said Election will be at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday the 30th day of July, 2024 and the last day for filing Affidavits of Candidacy for said Election will be at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday the 13th day of August, 2024. Candidates interested in filing may do so at City Hall -12060 Sherburne Avenue, during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

OFFICES TO BE FILLED FOR GENERAL ELECTION: Mayor and Two Council Member Positions. Each position is a four-year term.

The filing fee is $2.00
