THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends Chapter 2 – Administration, Article II – City Council, Division 2 – Meetings, Section 2-44. – Time and Place of the City Code to read as follows:

• Sec. 2-44. - Time and place.

The city council shall hold its regular meetings on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the city hall. If a regular meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the following Monday. Regular meetings and workshops may be assigned or reassigned at any meeting held on the second Monday of each month. 

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication in summary form in the City’s official newspaper.
