Chapter 11, Land Use Regulations (Zoning)
SEC.11.72 SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS
Subd. 1 Purpose

(a) In general. Solar energy systems shall be permitted as an accessory use in all zoning districts, subject to the standards of this article

This ordinance updates the land use regulations by establishing the solar energy systems section for the purpose of ensuring compatibility with surrounding uses, and to promote safe and effective use of solar energy to increase opportunities for generation of renewable energy.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
