A public hearing will be held at the Clear Lake City Hall building located at 7684 1st Ave west for the purpose of considering granting a variance to Lakes Gas to install a private well and septic at the property located at 8360 3rd Ave West in the City of Clear Lake. Any persons wishing to make public comment on this request may do so in person at the hearing or in writing to the city clerk. Written comments must be received prior to the hearing date.
