- Default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage that was executed by and between Paul J. McMahon, mortgagor, and Sherburne State Bank, 12500 Sherburne Avenue, P.O. Box 428, Becker, Minnesota 55308, mortgagee, dated July 13, 2016 and filed for record on July 15, 2016, as document number 823367, with the Office of the County Recorder in and for Sherburne County, Minnesota.
- The mortgage has been assigned as follows: n/a
- The original principal amount secured by the mortgage was: $25,000.00.
- No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the mortgage, or any part thereof.
- The holder of the mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the mortgage and foreclosure of the mortgage and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.
- As of the date of this notice, the amount due on the mortgage, and taxes, if any, paid by the holder of the mortgage is: $25,845.51.
