Notice of Intent to Amend the Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Low Interest Loan Program Ordinance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners will consider amending the County’s Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Low Interest Loan Program Ordinance to allow for water supply well replacement when necessary to meet setbacks for SSTS replacements or repairs, and setting both a maximum and minimum interest rate for loans.  The proposed Ordinance will be considered during the County Board meeting on Tuesday August 3, 2021, as soon as possible after 9:00 a.m., in the County Board Room at the Sherburne County Government Center, 138890 Business Center Drive, Elk River, MN 55330.  A copy of the proposed Ordinance will be available for inspection in the office of the Planning and Zoning Department, at the Sherburne County Government Center, during normal County business hours.
