An abandoned 4x6 trailer with no license plate, was towed from 12051 Hancock St. SE, Becker, May 6, 2015 for the Private Property Owner. The trailer is being held at Collins Brothers Towing in Elk River until the owner or any lien holders reclaim it. It must be reclaimed by June 29, 2015. Failure of the owner or lien holders to exercise their rights to reclaim the trailer by the above date, shall be deemed a waiver by them of all right, title, and interest in the trailer and a consent to the transfer of title to and disposal or sale of the trailer.
