Lynden Township - Notice of Public Hearing

The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the Lynden Township Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Michael Nadeau of Newport Leasing Group for office space, outdoor sales lot, truck space leasing at 20041 Edison Circle, Clearwater MN. A Conditional Use Permit is required according to Section 9.11.5 L and V and subject to the performance standards listed in Section 6 and Section 7 of Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #439 adopted by reference as Lynden Township Ordinance #7. The subject property is 2 contiguous lots North – South: PID #19.10600.0003, and 19.10600.0004 described as Lot 004, and Lot 005, Block 001 of Clearview Terrace, Section 34, Township 123, Range 27.

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic situation, attendance is limited and social distancing of 6 (six) feet or more will be enforced. Person unable to attend and persons wishing to comment on the application should submit written comments to Lynden Township Clerk, Jenny Schmidt, 20517 Woodbine Rd., Clearwater MN 55320 or emailed to clerk@lyndentownship.net or submitted via the drop-box at the Town Hall.
