Chair Swanson called the regular meeting of the School Board of District #726 to order on the 6th day of April, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Teaching & Learning Center.

Roll Call.                                           

Members present:   Aaron Jurek, Jason Kindred, Lori Molus, Ryan Obermoller,
                                    Connie Robinson, Mark Swanson

Members absent:    None

Others present:       Jeremy Schmidt, Superintendent                                                                                                                                                                           

Motion by Jason Kindred, seconded by Lori Molus, to Approve the Consent Agenda as amended:

Remove Financial Report from Consent Agenda, Move to Regular Agenda for Discussion

Upon roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.

MINUTES FROM THE MARCH 2, 2020 REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING, MARCH 9, 16 & 26 SPECIAL MEETINGS

DISBURSEMENTS – in the amount of $2,473,507.16

Motion by Ryan Obermoller, seconded by Jason Kindred, to Approve the Financial Report, as presented.  Upon roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.

Superintendent Schmidt provided an update on Distance Learning Progress.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
