Chair Swanson called the regular meeting of the School Board of District #726 to order on the 1st day of June, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Teaching & Learning Center.

Roll Call.

                                    Connie Robinson, Mark Swanson

Members absent:    None

Others present:       Jeremy Schmidt, Superintendent

                                    Kevin Januszewski, Director of Business Services

Presentation:  Facilities Plan, ICS Consulting

Motion by Ryan Obermoller, seconded by Lori Molus, to Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.

Upon roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.

CONSENT AGENDA

MINUTES:  MAY 4, 2020 REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

DISBURSEMENTS – in the amount of $1,851,730.10

PERSONNEL, as presented

MSHSL MEMBERSHIP 2020-21, as presented

LONG-TERM FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PLAN, as presented

BUS LEASE, as presented

Motion by Mark Swanson, seconded by Ryan Obermoller to Accept Gifts, as presented.  Upon roll call vote, motion carried.

Motion by Aaron Jurek, seconded by Ryan Obermoller, to Approve the 2019-20 Revised Budget, as presented.  Upon roll call vote, motion carried.

Motion by Ryan Obermoller, seconded by Lori Molus, to Approve the 2020-2021 Preliminary Budget, as presented.  Upon roll call vote, motion carried.
