Chair Swanson called the regular meeting of the School Board of District #726 to order on the 14th day of September, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Teaching & Learning Center.
Roll Call.
Members present: Aaron Jurek, Jason Kindred, Lori Molus, Ryan Obermoller, Connie Robinson, Mark Swanson
Members absent: None
Others present: Jeremy Schmidt, Superintendent
Kevin Januszewski, Director of Business Services
Citizen Comments: Dylan’s Hope presented the School District with a check for $25,000 for mental health needs.
Motion by Lori Molus, seconded by Aaron Jurek, to Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Upon roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.

A Second Reading will be held at the October board meeting.
Motion by Jason Kindred, seconded by Aaron Jurek, to Approve the Memorandum of Understanding for Unrequested Leave of Absence. Upon roll call vote, the following voted in favor thereof: Aaron Jurek, Jason Kindred, Lori Molus, Connie Robinson, Mark Swanson, and the following abstained: Ryan Obermoller. Motion carried.
Motion by Connie Robinson, seconded by Ryan Obermoller, to Approve the Sale of General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2020A, 2020B. Upon roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Ryan Obermoller, seconded by Connie Robinson, to Approve the Transfer of Funds to Community Education Camp Opportunity for $60,000 and School Readiness in the Amount of $40,000. Upon roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Jason Kindred, seconded by Connie Robinson, to Approve the Maximum Preliminary Certification. Upon roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
