City Of Clearwater Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing

The Clearwater Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Tuesday, March 28th, 2017 at 7:00p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 605 County Road 75 to consider the following matter that requires a public hearing.

PURPOSE
The applicants have submitted an application and the required fee for the purpose of requesting  rezoning of the below parcel from R-6 Residential High Density (Multi family Dwelling) to an R-1 Residential Single Family (single family dwelling).

PIN# (to be assigned by county), address known as 435 Bluff Street
Those parts of Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 29, Northwest Half of vacated Maple Street and vacated alley, Clearwater, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota described as follows:  Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of said vacated Maple Street and the northeasterly right of way line of Lime Street of said Clearwater;  thence northwesterly along said northeasterly right of way line, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence northeasterly parallel with the southeasterly line of said lot 7, a distance of 120.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue along the last described course to the southwesterly right of way line of Bluff Avenue of said Clearwater; thence southeasterly along said southwesterly right of way line to said centerline of vacated Maple Street; thence southwesterly along said centerline to the intersection of a line parallel with the northeasterly right of way line of Lime Street from the point of beginning; thence northwesterly along said parallel line to the point of beginning.
