The Clearwater Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Tuesday, March 28th, 2017 at 7:00p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 605 County Road 75 to consider the following matter that requires a public hearing.

PURPOSE
The applicants have submitted an application and the required fee for the purpose of requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map at the following described location:

Those parts of Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 29, Northwest Half of vacated Maple Street and vacated alley, Clearwater, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of said vacated Maple Street and the northeasterly right of way line of Lime Street of said Clearwater; thence northwesterly along said northeasterly right of way line, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence northeasterly parallel with the southeasterly line of said lot 7, a distance of 120.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue along the last described course to the southwesterly right of way line of Bluff Avenue of said Clearwater; thence southeasterly along said southwesterly right of way line to said centerline of vacated Maple Street; thence southwesterly along said centerline to the intersection of a line parallel with the northeasterly right of way line of Lime Street from the point of beginning; thence northwesterly along said parallel line to the point of beginning.
1. The applicants request an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map. The Applicant requests the aforementioned parcel be guided toward a future use of residential single family R-1.
2. The applicants request rezoning of the above parcel from R-6 Residential High Density (Multi family Dwelling) to an R-1 Residential Single Family (single family dwelling).
