NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND CHAPTER 117, ARTICLE VIII, SEC. 117-1127 FENCES AND CHAPTER 117, ARTICLE I, SEC. 117-1 DEFINITIONS), 

OF THE CLEARWATER CITY CODE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clearwater, County of Wright/Stearns, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on September 26th, at 7:00p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at Clearwater City Hall for the purpose of receiving written and oral comments from the public on amending Chapter 117, Article VIII, sec. 117-1127 Fences and Chapter 117, Article I, sec. 117-1 Definitions.

Copies of the proposed amendments are available in there entirety at Clearwater City Hall.
