ORDINANCE.

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 11, Land Use Regulation

Section 11. 20 General Regulations

           Subd. 4. Parking Standards

This ordinance revises the parking standards in the General Regulations section of the City of Becker Zoning Ordinance. It adds language requiring parking on an improved surface within the

R- 1 and R- LL zoning districts. The revisions also ensure that parking areas are surfaced only with materials allowed by code within the same districts.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8: 00 a. m. and 4:30 p. m.
