AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11. 40,

SUBDIVISION 4 OF CHAPTER 11 IN CITY CODE CORRECTING CONDITIONAL USES IN THE COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT.

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 11, Land Use Regulation

Section 11. 40 SECTION 11. 40. Community Commercial District ( C- COM)

Subd. 4. Conditional Uses.

This ordinance revises the conditional uses to exclude diners and restaurants as they are addressed as allowed uses in an earlier section, all in the Community Commercial Zoning District of the City of Becker.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8: 00 a. m. and 4: 30 p. m.
