AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, 11.02, 11.03, 11.21, 11.30, 11.38 AND 11.51 IN CITY CODE

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments .

These ordinance amendments place parking regulations, within property lines and outside City right­ of-way, in Chapter 11, Land Use Regulations (Zoning) of City Code. Amendments address a variety of parking regulations including  surfacing and location/ dimensions.  Additionally, amendments cover RV and other trailer parking regulations, outside storage and allowed locations of driveways, parking pads and parking lots.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
