NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Becker Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Becker City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of July, 2015, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to hear all persons present upon the proposed preliminary plat of Fossum Fields Second Addition as submitted by, Sherburne Land Company, LLC, owner and applicant; for property located east of the Elk River and 153rd Avenue and south of Olivia Street within the Fossum Fields subdivision.
