Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker City Council will hold their bi-monthly meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The City Council will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:  

Approximately 5:00 p.m. Public Hearing:  City Code Chapter 9 Amendment to the City of Becker Residential Yard Parking Regulations ordinance in Chapter 9. Staff will review the proposed edit.

Following the above Hearing: City Code Chapter 11 Amendments to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance Chapter 11. Edits include, but are not limited to, Accessory Structure Standards, Parking Standards specific to Zoning District, and Surfacing requirements for parking and storage of vehicles. As well as standards specific to Storage and Parking of Recreation Vehicles, Trailers, and Other Personal Recreation Equipment standards, and edits to Outside Storage standards.
