CITY OF BECKER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 31st, 2022 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
Approximately 6:00 p.m. - Conditional Use Permit Application for a licensed day care. Applicant, Alyssa McGregor, submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 12601 Birch Ave SE and identified as PID #60-406-0510.
Approximately 6:01 p.m. - Preliminary Plat of Bank Street Addition. Applicant and owner, The Bank of Elk River, has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat for the replat of one existing parcel into two parcels. The property is identified as Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 14, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
Approximately 6:02 p.m. - Preliminary Plat Application for Fossum Fields Third Addition. Applicant and owner, Sherburne Land Company, LLC has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat replatting four existing outlots from Fossum Fields and Fossum Fields Second Addition into 44 buildable single-family residential lots. The properties are identified as Outlot A, Fossum Fields Second Addition and Outlot D, F, and G of Fossum Fields.
Approximately 6:03 p.m. - Chapter 11 Zoning Code Amendments to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance, specifically related to residential driveway and parking regulations. Edits proposed include addition of language clarifying required parking surfacing and primary driveway regulations in Section 11.20, Subd. 4.
