City Of Becker Notice Of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30th, 2017 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:   
Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Proposed revocation of the Conditional Use Permit (99-16) for a landscape business known as Anchor Landscape due to conditions no longer being observed. 
Immediately following the first public hearing – Proposed revocation of the Conditional Use Permit (99-52) for two restaurants and three second floor residences on lots 4,5,6 and 7 in Fridley’s Second Addition due to work never commencing. 
Immediately following the second public hearing – Proposed revocation of the Conditional Use Permit (06-15) for a drive thru coffee shop at 14267 – 14285 Bank Street due to conditions no longer being observed.
Immediately following the third public hearing – Proposed revocation of the Conditional Use Permit (12-08) for an open air produce stand located at 12950 Rolling Ridge Road due to conditions no longer being observed.
Immediately following the fourth public hearing – Proposed revocation of the Conditional Use Permit (16-55) for a restaurant/café, exterior dining, and second floor residence at 12180 Hancock Street SE due to the use never commencing.
Anyone interested in these issues is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Marie Pflipsen at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to mpflipsen@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. October 30th, 2017.
