Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday August 25, 2014 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:
6:00 p.m.: Kristen Goenner Variance Public Hearing. Kristen Goenner, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a variance to the minimum lot size in the Limited Multiple Family Residential (R-2) zoning district. The variance would allow the owner to establish a private school for early childhood, kindergarten and early elementary age children. The proposed facility will be located at 12690 Riley Avenue, in the City of Becker.
Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Amanda Othoudt at P.O.
