Wade Olson and Matt Vogel gave a presentation for Sandbox.
X.    FINANCIAL REPORT
A motion passed to approve the financial report and budget revisions as presented.
XI.    APPROVE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR BOY’S AND GIRL’S LACROSSE
A motion passed to approve the agreement as presented.
XII.    ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH SCHOOL DEHUMIDIFICATION BID RESULTS
A motion passed to approve the base bid of $1,151,900.00, alternate #1 of $269,300.00 and alternate #3 of $6,423.00 for a total of $1,427,623.00 from Northern Air Corporation.
