      The Work Session of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools was called to order on January 6, 2022.
2023. ROLL CALL
      All Board members were present.
2024. CALENDAR DISCUSSION
      Superintendent Truebenbach reviewed the calendars for 22-23 and 23-24.
2025. SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION/GOALS
      Superintendent Truebenbach talked about goals and timeframe for review.
2026. STRATEGIC PLAN PROCESS DISCUSSION
      Superintendent Truebenbach and the Board discussed the process to update the plan.
2027. ADJOURNMENT
      A passed to adjourn the meeting.
