2022. CALL TO ORDER
      The Special Meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools was called to order on January 6, 2022.
2023. ROLL CALL
      All Board members were present.
2024. APPROVE BOND SALE
      A motion passed to approve the following resolution:
      RESOLUTION RELATING TO $30,000,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2022A; AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE, AWARDING SALE, PRESCRIBING THE FORM ANDDETAILS AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF
2025. ROOFING BID ACCEPTANCE
      A motion passed to approve the roofing bids.
2026. APPROVE TEACHER CONTRAC

A motion passed to approve the changes to the 21-23 and 23-25 contracts as presented.

1. FUNDRAISER APPROVAL
   A motion passed to approve the fundraiser.
2. ADJOURNMENT
   A motion passed to adjourn the meeting.
