NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9th, 2020 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing:
7:01 p.m. Nathan & Katie Pramann, owner/applicant. Preliminary Plat Application. Parcel identification 05-122-1101, located at 9937 173rd Ave SE, Becker, MN.
7:03 p.m. Michael P. Johnson, owner/applicant. Variance Application. 05-126-1100, located at 10706 185th Ave SE, Becker, MN
Requesting a variance to the road frontage requirements for a parcel and driveway requirements for a structure.
7:04 p.m. Michael P. Johnson, owner/applicant. Lot Split/Boundary Adjustment. 05-126-1100, located at 10706 185th Ave SE, Becker, MN to allow for existing access easement property to be split from the lot to the north, parcel number and address, and attached to the subject property to provide for public road frontage and access.
