NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing:

7:01 p.m.  Xcel Energy, applicant, and various property owners along County Road 11, south of Highway 10.  Xcel Energy has applied for a conditional use permit to rebuild the existing 69 kV transmission line between Becker and Monticello.  The existing alignment will be shifting to 3-5 feet outside the County Road 11 ROW and onto private property.  Private properties impacted in Becker Township are:
