Notice is hereby given that the Becker Town Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday January 13, 2014 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
7:00 p.m.: SBA 2012 TowerCo Assets Cell Tower Upgrades Conditional Use Permit Public Hearing. SBA 2012 TowerCo Assets, applicant and owner, have submitted an application for a conditional use permit to make improvements to their existing cell tower located on their property at 15901 97th Street, in Becker Township.
7:15 p.m.: Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map Update. The Becker Joint Planning Board has amended the Becker Township Zoning Map as part of their Comprehensive Plan update. A public hearing is being held to hear comments and take final action on the map update.
