Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 9th, 2016 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing:
7:01 p.m. Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Amendment Public Hearing. The Becker Township Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to consider amendments to the following sections of the current zoning ordinance:
·Section 5, Definition of Accessory Structure; Definition of Accessory Use; Definition of Family; Definition of Personal Storage Structure
·Section 7, Agricultural District, Subdivision 7.03, Conditional Uses – Amend to include Boarding Houses, Group Homes, and/or Personal Storage Structures
·Section 8, General Rural District, Subdivision 8.03, Conditional Uses – Various Text Amendments
· Section 16, General Performance Standards, Item 1, Accessory Structures Text Amendment; Item 4 – Animal Unit Density Calculations Text Amendment
· Section 18, Subdivision Standards, Subdivision 18.07, Item 51 Definition of Subdivision, Boundary Adjustment
· Section 20, Administration, Subdivision 20.02, Board of Adjustment; Subdivision 20.04, Joint Planning Board; and Subdivision 20.06, Variances – Various Text Amendments
· Section 21, Enforcement, Subdivision 21.01, Violations and Penalties, Item 3 – Fine Amount
