AN ORDINANCE REVISING CHAPTER 6, SECTION 6.20 RELATING TO TOBACCO

This ordinance reorganizes Section 6.20 and raises the legal purchase age for tobacco from 18 to 21, increases administrative fines for illegal sales to minors and increases the look-back period for subsequent violations to mirror state statues.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
