On September 21, 2015, at a special Town Board meeting, the Palmer Town Board adopted an Amendment to Ordinance No. 105, which is now Ordinance No. 111, and is an Ordinance prohibiting obstructions on any Town right-of-way.  Copies of this Ordinance and the Amendment are available for inspection and copying by contacting the Palmer Township Clerk, or during any regular Town Board meeting.
