ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY
Tax parcel 05-441-0010 (approximately 63.42 acres) and further described as:
Outlot A, BIG OAKS ESTATES
The property will be sold as is and subject to certain reservations as set forth in the bid and the proposed purchase agreement. Legal access is from 95th St SE.

Bids shall be delivered to Sherburne County Administrator’s Office 13880 Business Center Dr. Elk River, MN 55330 no later than December 12, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. CST.
Bids must be accompanied by cashier’s check or money order, payable to the Sherburne County Auditor/Treasurer as a proposal guarantee for $3,000.00. This bid security for unsuccessful bids will be returned to each respective bidder. Evidence of the ability to finance the bid will be required with the submittal.
Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Sherburne County Administrator until 9:00 am CST on the 12th day of December 2017 and that bid proposals will be opened publicly by the Assistant County Administrator after the hour set for receiving bids.
No bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include a cashiers or certified check) within 15 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
The County Board will consider award of the bid at the December 12, 2017 scheduled meeting at 9:00 am, Sherburne County Board Room, 13880 Business Center Dr., Elk River, MN 55330. The award is contingent upon County Attorney review and the County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
