Advertisement For Bids Bi Annual General Maintenance Contractor Service Aggrement

Bids will be received until Mon., Dec. 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
Bids for Annual General Maintenance Contract will be received at the Becker Township Hall located at 12165 Hancock Street, Becker, Minnesota 55308 until Monday, December 18, 2017 at 7:00pm.  The Becker Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2017, (opening to occur approximately 7:05 pm) to consider said bids. 
The said bids shall be for the furnishing of equipment, labor and materials for general maintenance of all township roads as more thoroughly described in the proposed Agreement which may be obtained by contacting the Becker Town Clerk by phone 763-261-5301, Fax 763-261-5303, email: clerk@beckertownship.org, by visiting Becker Township Hall during office hours (posted online at www.beckertownship.org) or by appointment.
The bids shall be submitted on the Agreement forms provided. Bids submitted on other forms may be rejected by the Town Board.
Bids shall be in a sealed envelope with a statement thereon Indicating submission is for General Maintenance Contract.

and may be delivered by U.S. mail or submitted in person to Becker Township Hall.  Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Bids received by the Town Clerk after the time set for receiving bids shall be returned unopened.  The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portion thereof for any or no reason.
