By electing John Riebel county commissioner, the community will be represented by an outstanding background.

 

A Vietnam war era veteran that has been a Becker area resident since 1955. He grew up on a Becker family farm attending Becker High School then graduating from St. Cloud State University. 

As owner of the local True Value Hardware store, he is aware of the complexity of running a business and often hiring high school students.

 

He is an advocate for volunteerism by his own involvement, be it Sherburne County Historical Society, Friends of Sherburne Wildlife Refuge and many years and hours active with the Becker American Legion.

 

Being able to keep open a small town business, a True Value Hardware store, is an example of his concern for how every penny is spent.
