TO THE EDITOR:

The citizens of the city of Big Lake have a great opportunity this year to elect Paul Knier to the position of Mayor. Paul has served as city council member and has shown fiscal responsibility and good judgment there. I have known Paul for several years and have dealt with him on a professional and also personal level. He is a man of integrity, a hard worker, is open minded, and works well in a group setting. I serve with him on a committee for charity fundraising and have found him to be a generous and team oriented person. His professional finance background has prepared him well to be a good steward of the hard earned taxes that the Big Lake city council is responsible to administer.

In my opinion as a 50 year resident of the Big Lake area, a vote for Paul Knier is a vote for good government. Don't miss this opportunity to elect him Big Lake Mayor this year. Thank you.
