TO THE EDITOR:

I decided to enlist the help of Commissioner Tim Dolan to help fortify my 2nd Amendment rights.
The conversation started as a friendly debate on Constitutional philosophies, then it took a turn. Tim Dolan posed a question to me “Would you rather I pass this board resolution (2A Defender), or would you rather that the gun control bills that passed the House, not pass the Senate?” I responded, saying his question was flawed, he has no authority or vote in the MN Senate. In a flurry, I got these responses from Tim Dolan. “I know it is hard Anne, but I believe in you, you can do it just pick one!” then “Are you afraid Anne?” Then again “Nothing to be afraid of, just choosing one option or the other. I’m really curious which is more important to you.” I responded with “this is not an either or, If you think it is then you need to rethink your position on the board.” Tim Dolan’s response “Probably the dumbest thing you could ever say to me especially publicly, with nothing but your own ignorance to back up such a statement.” It was made evident, by Tim Dolan’s own words, that outside influences have a much bigger impact on his decisions, than the concerns of his constituents.
We have a better option - Anne Kostrzewski supports Police and the 2nd Amendment. Anne believes that Government needs to be fiscally responsible and operate within the means. Anne Kostrzewski supports partnering with job creators to bring growth to Sherburne County. I can confidently say that Anne loves GOD, her family, and America. Our elections and votes have consequences, and that is why I am fully supporting Anne Kostrzewski for Sherburne County Commissioner.
