TO THE EDITOR:

With heartfelt thanks to all of those that have stepped forward to help Becker legion post 193, with funds to provide color guard with winter coats, shirts for the color guard and help both legion and auxiliary  members with needs to make quilts for veterans and help by purchasing items or providing items for our recent garage sale. Very successful for our first annual sale.

I am aware that auxiliary members and legion members worked to make this a success and thank you for all you did. I also wish to thank all those friends, family and neighbors that donated to help.

Many companies and local citizens have helped as well to offset the cost with the legion in its efforts to be the servants we should and need to be for our communities.

My words in print cannot tell you how blessed I feel to be a part of this community and this legion.

May God continue to bless all of you as you have blessed myself.
