Junior Golf Play Days
Sign up for Tuesday morning Junior Golf play days and Junior Foot Golf is June 21, 8 a.m. for ages 7-15. Sign up for Friday morning junior golf lessons for ages 7-15 and junior SNAG golf for ages 5 and 6, starting June 24. Call Pebble Creek pro shop for more information or to sign up 763-200-4268. Free junior club starter sets will be given to students without clubs.

Kragero One Room School Annual picnic

Sunshine Storytime, 10 a.m. Tues., June 21. Children ages 3 to 8 are invited. Overview of Meditation and Mindfulness, Wed. June 22, 6:30-7:30 p.m. People of all ages are invited. Certified yoga instructor and trained meditation coach Elizabeth Cabalka will present instruction. No experience required. Kid Power With Rachael, entertainer Rachael Kroog will bring her Kid Power show for children ages 3-12, Mon., June 27, 2:30-3:15 p.m. I Yu-Gi-Oh, teens ages 13-17 are invited to enjoy an afternoon playing Yu-Gi-Oh Wed., June 29, 2:30 p.m. All playing cards must follow current ban list. The attendance limit is 12. Call to register or walk-in and join the fun. Annandale Area Friends of the Library Book Sale, Sat., July 2, 8 a.m.-12 noon. A wide variety of books, CDs and movies will be priced to sell. All proceeds go to benefit the Annandale Public Library and programs. St. Lawrence Parish of Duelm Church Festival
Mon. July 4. There will be games, food, live music by "Stifle" adult and kid's bingo, many stands and raffle. A chicken and ham dinner will be served from 11-2. All stands will open at 11 and grand raffle drawing at 4 p.m. Come and spend the day with us!

Wright Co. Outstanding Senior Citizen
Nominations from county residents are now being sought for the 2016 Outstanding Senior Citizen Award for Wright County. The award recognizes outstanding senior citizens (70+) who have contributed their time and talent to benefit their community. They will be honored at the Wright County Fair on July 29.  The eligibilty criteria for the outstanding senior are that they are a MN resident and are 70 years of age. Only volunteer activities after the age of 65 for which there is no compensation (except for reimbursed expenses) are considered.  Winners at the county level move on to compete at the state level at the MN State Fair.
