The Becker wrestling team picked up six pins to defeat St. Cloud Apollo 57-15 in a nonconference meet last Friday at home.

 

Senior Caleb Vekved (145 pounds), senior Cody Ferris (152), sophomore Frankie Baker (160), junior Austin Rasmussen (182), senior Chris Weberg (220) and junior Jakob Edling (285) all had pins for the Bulldogs (1-2) in their win.

 

Peter Nelson got a pin at 138, Tanner Blommer won 8-5 at 106, Alex Pachan won 4-1 at 132 and Nick Graham won 10-4 at 195 for the Eagles. Blommer's win was the first in his high school career.
