Four wrestlers from the Becker youth wrestling program made the podium at the Minnesota USA State Tournament in Rochester, March 9-11, with two reaching the top. 

 

First grader Jacob Williams was the champion of the Bantam D bracket. Third grader Bennett Kujawa was the champion of the Intermediate, 63-lb. bracket. Second grader Blayne Kuschel placed third in the Bantam H bracket. Fifth grader Kaden Nicolas placed third in the Novice, 74-lb. bracket. 

 

All wrestlers had to qualify for the tournament throughout the year at various qualifying tournaments. 

 

Other wrestlers from the Becker area who competed but did not place include Boston Kuschel, Tyson Ricker and Cash Stortz.
