The Big Lake/Princeton boys’ lacrosse team had three games this past week including a win over the St. Cloud Crush on Tuesday night in Big Lake. 

The 14-8 victory over St. Cloud snapped a five-game losing streak for the Huskies, including losses to Becker and Brainerd this past week. 

Last Thursday the team hosted conference rival Becker and lost 15-8. The team fell behind early, trailing 5-2 after the first period and 10-3 at halftime. Those deficits proved to be too much as the Huskies were never able to get back into the game. 

And last Friday the team traveled north to Brainerd where they were defeated by the Warriors 8-7 in a tightly contested game. 

This week the team will host a pair of games against Osseo/Park Center on Friday and Minneapolis next Tuesday.
