The Big Lake Hornet JV and C-Squad cheerleading teams competed at state last Saturday.

The Big Lake Cheerleading program has been under the guidance of Coaches Derek and Kaylene Nelson since 2016, and has grown the program from a single team of 12 to four teams totaling 35 cheerleaders. The mission of the cheerleading program is to support the development of future leaders, act as representatives of the school and community, and promote future success of all students.
