The Big Lake boys’ basketball team picked up a home win against St. Francis on Tuesday night. 

The 82-68 final margin gave the Hornets their third Mississippi 8 Conference victory of the season. 

Their 3-1 mark in conference play puts them in a tie for second place with Cambridge-Isanti, trailing only Monticello and Zimmerman. They will have an opportunity to move up when they take on the Magic this Friday in Monticello. After that game they return home for a game against Bemidji on Saturday, then head to Delano next Tuesday.
