The Pebble Creek Women’s Club (PCWC) completed its Club Championship tournament August 28-29 at the Pebble Creek Golf Club.
“We had a wonderful end of season club championship with many of our women’s club members playing across several flights,” said Karla Johnson, Pebble Creek Women’s Club President. “The Pebble Creek Women’s Club is made up of a great group of women who build friendships, work together to expand the game of golf and who support our local community through our Pebble Creek Cares program. We send our congratulations to all of club championship participants and winners.”
The overall low gross winner and 2021 Women’s Club Champion is Kathy Hollenhorst.
In the first flight, the top net winners were Denise Mason (first), Dana Olsen (second) and Sandra Lemke (third). In the second flight, the top net finishers were Robin Dingmann (first), Stacey Vetsch (second) and Karla Johnson (third). In the third flight, top net finishers were Nicki Brunsberg (first), Mary Mount (second) and Melissa Schauer (third).
“We are so fortunate to have such a first-class golf course for our women’s league”, said Dana Olsen, Club Championship tournament chair. “The course was in great shape and the tournament ran smoothly despite a rain delay on Saturday.”
