Becker traveled to Sartell to participate in the 6AA Pre-section meet Monday afternoon. They finished in third place with a team score of 349.

St. Cloud Cathedral’s Kyle Haag  and Staples/Motley’s Andrew Israelson shared the top spot  with 77s.

“20-mph winds with gusts over 30-mph made conditions very tough,” said Head Coach Dan Olson. “While a 349 is a bit higher than where we should be, it was a good team score for our first 18 hole meet on the year.”

Olson was very pleased with his team’s first meet of the year.

“Jackson played very consistent and tied for third out 96 golfers,” he said.  “Everyone else played good, but were hurt by a couple of big numbers.”
