The Becker Girls Lacrosse team finished up their season a few weeks back and following are the results from those final matches.
Becker vs St Cloud
The JV Bulldogs earned another win on their season at home against St Cloud May 23, 8-1.
The Bulldogs started strong with Phoebe Grecula scoring the first goal of the game. The Bulldogs gained ground and were up 6-0 at halftime while finishing with just one goal scored against them. Avery Strolien held off the attack with six saves.
Scoring for the Bulldogs were: Olivia Pudlick (three), Gracie Conzemius (two), Phoebe Grecula (one), Makenna Hanson (one), and Raya Dunderi (one).
The JV team finished with a record of 5-6. Olivia Pudlick led the season scoring with 27 goals followed by Phoebe Grecula with 13, and Gracie Comenius with eight.
Season Awards:
Rookie of the year – Lina Winkler; Most Improved – Sammy Duncombe; Most dedicated – Phoebe Grecula; Most Valuable – Olivia Pudlick.
Varsity
The same night, Becker varsity won 12-9 against St. Cloud.
The Bulldogs also took control of St Cloud with Brynn Koste scoring the first goal of the game. The score was 8-5 at halftime.
Scoring: Morgan Vee with five, Brynn Koste four, Courtney Gass one, Taylor Hanson one and Skyler Hanson one.
Hannah Burthwick recorded seven saves
Becker vs Rocori
Becker entered the first game of section playoffs as the favorite against Rocori at Eppard Field and came away with a 14-5 victory on May 27.

Scoring: Morgan Vee seven, Brynn Koste three, Taylor Hanson two, Alison Woodard one and Chloe Spear one.
Hannah Burthwick recorded seven saves.
Becker vs Buffalo
The Bulldogs fell to Buffalo during the second game of section playoffs by a score of 20-4 on May 29.
Goalie Hanna Burthwick had a season best nine saves on goal, but it was not enough to beat the Bison.
Scoring: Morgan Vee scored all four goals.
Season Awards:
Most Improved – Qolbe Olson; Most Dedicated – Morgan Vee; Most Valuable – Hannah Burthwick; Scholar athlete – Avery Atwood (maintained a perfect 4.0).
Morgan Vee, Taylor Hanson, and Skyler Hanson were selected to be on the Mississippi 8 all-conference team.
