The Becker Dance Team started their competition season by debuting their routines at their annual home show, The Great Becker Dance Together Nov. 15. 

The team, Becker Just For Kix, and Starz Dance Studio come together every year to showcase the entire Becker dance community. The dance team also uses this show as a way to give back to the local food shelf by raffling off a basket with locally donated items. 

“It is one of my favorite events we do as a team because it brings everyone together and we’re able to give back because of it,” said Head Coach Nadia Fischer-Danzeisen. “It’s also so fun to debut our routines every year in our home gym before we start competing them.”

The dance team will host 15 other dance teams from across the state and several local vendors this coming weekend for their annual invitational Home for the Holidays. Doors open at 9 a.m. and the competition will start at 10 a.m.
