It was a great meet last Saturday for the Becker swimming and diving team, as the Bulldogs came very close to first place at the Milaca Invitational and missed the top spot by just three points.

The meet started with the diving competition and Becker was dominant, with Karli Kirk taking first, Maggie Graning taking second and Lillian Bonsante taking third.  Brielle Kuschel placed eighth in her first year of diving.

In the swimming events, Becker got out of the gate strong, winning the first event, the medley relay, with Laila Cook, Izza Mork, Grace Mork and Mia Suelter taking the top spot. 

Other medal winners for the day include Harper Kellogg placing sixth in the 100 butterfly, Clara Pratt placing seventh and Elin Cook placing eighth in the 100 free.
