Last Thursday, the Becker volleyball team put together a great effort against St. Cloud Apollo and came away with a 3-0 win against the Section 8AAA foe.  Game scores were 25-12, 25-9 and 25-5, as the Bulldogs dominated the match.

“Kylie Perkins led the offense with eight kills,” Katie “Coach Bo” Mavencamp said.  “Emma Aaseby was on fire from the serving line with four aces and serving a total of 19 times!”

Monday night, Becker again came out strong en route to a 3-0 win over Watertown-Mayer, as the Bulldogs won 25-19, 25-18 and 25-23. 

“Kenna Hennessey dominated the back row with 28 digs,” Coach Bo said.  “Brynn Koste led our offense with 13 kills.”

Becker’s next game and first postseason game will be on Thurs., Oct. 23 as the high seed for Section 8AAA Round 1 Games. Seeding will be released on Fri., Oct. 17.
