Becker football player and senior captain, Sawyer Brown, has been honored with a number of state awards since the conclusion of the high school football season a couple of weeks ago.

The awards go as followed:

• All State Academic Team – this award was presented at the Prep Bowl;

• All State Football Team – this game will be played on December 13;

• Vikings All State Team – this award will be presented at the Vikings game on December 7.

“We are so proud of Sawyer,” said Head Coach Dwight Lundeen. “He is a four-year letter winner in football.  He has had an amazing career and is a positive role model in our schools.   It has been a real privilege for me to coach Sawyer Brown.”
